I feel, any place a small remote vilage or an old huge metro like Kolkata has got a lot to discover. There are so many stories that you can hear when you sit alone in a random evening on a random place.

Specifically Kolkata is a wonderland to me. I love to smell, hear, see, taste this city. Come with me one day. I will show you your city from a different angle.

But as I said, I am yet to find out so many things. I am not sure if I will be able to extract so much in this single life. Instead now I try to add some more stories to the list.

Kolkata is a place where I can breathe. Next place to that is Mumbai in my view. You know what, people play a major part in making a place good. If all Kolkatans come and make sure that nobody loiters on the street and teenagers keep a bag with them to put the chicklet wrappers in it instead of throwing it; Kolkata would be much more nice place to roam around.

It is just a fantastic creation. I stay in US and miss my country everyday. I keep on searching everyday on internet for random information about India. I was redirected to your site from an online newspaper site. I am really really amazed to see the photographs from Kolkata. My father had a transferrable job and had stayed in Kolkata for a brief time. I was very young. When I remember Kolkata, three things come in my mind: Life, Samosa and Crickets.

I just love the city. Since years, I have not seen photographs of Kolkata, you know I almost cried after recalling some memories, when I saw your photographs. I visited your flickr stream also.
